Our story
Salty Soul was born from the energy of three friends who share the same passion: in love with life outdoors and always chasing the feelings that only the sea and the wind can give. We grew up with salt on our skin, and that passion still guides many of our choices today.
Today our goal is to share all of this with anyone who wants to live the sea the way we do.
That’s how Salty Soul began.
Our mission
We promote sea culture and water sports in all their forms, with teaching at the heart of everything we do. We want to be the gateway to sailing sports and help more and more people experience the sea with awareness, passion and respect.

Aurora Vannucci
Co-founder
Aurora brings the girl power to our founding team! She grew up by the sea in a windsurfing family, and in 2023 she became Italian windsurf slalom champion. At Salty Soul she found the right place to let others feel what she has always felt when the wind blows. FIV Level 1 Instructor.
Giacomo Lubrano
Co-founder
Everyone calls him Jack. He started just for fun, as often happens with the things that end up becoming serious. Years of sessions and wind, until windsurfing became the centre of everything. Salty Soul is his way of sharing what he has built with so much technique. FIV Level 1 Instructor.
Giulio Milianelli
Co-founder
Giulio grew up chasing the wind. Three Italian windsurf slalom titles, years of racing, and in the end one question: what to do with all of it. The answer is Salty Soul. Today he teaches, convinced that the best thing the sea has given him is the chance to pass it on. FIV Level 1 Instructor and Club Coach.
Pietro Milianelli
Windsurf instructor
Pietro is one of those people who would happily live in the water. Windsurfing has been in his blood since he was six, and when conditions allow you’ll find him surfing too. He brings the enthusiasm of true passion to every lesson. FIV trainee instructor.
Angelica Vannucci
Windsurf instructor
Angelica specialises in teaching children and teenagers. Passionate about windsurfing since she was little, she brings lots of energy to Salty Soul and a natural talent for putting even the most hesitant at ease. FIV trainee instructor.
